Wil Henderson is Ajalon's bassist, vocalist and chief lyricist; he occasionally adds guitar and various wind instruments to the group's music.

His particular gift is that of wordsmith, using vivid story-telling lyrics to present the Gospel of Jesus Christ in a manner that is firmly rooted in scriptural truth, passionate and accessible- a gift for which he gives Jesus alone all of the glory.

Wil was born in Green Cove Springs, Florida on August 8, 1965, and is the son of a naval aviator. Growing up near the sea, he joined the Merchant Marine when he was nineteen, and sailed to various ports around the world.

Wil lives in Lake Forest Park, WA, with his wife, Katy and their four children. Wil and Katy have provided foster care for the last two years and have recently adopted one of their foster children. Wil is presently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Nursing as well as working in the ER at a Seattle area hospital.
